Purchased 1745 in Antiqua, arrived Portsmouth 5/9/1745, valued at ₤104.15.8d for hull and ₤150.15.0d for masts, yards, furniture and stores.
Commissioned under Cmdr George Hamilton: taken by French privateer sloop La Naiade off the Needles 6/3/1745: retaken next day by Assistance. Refitted there (for ₤541.4.11d) to 6/29/1745. Recommissioned under Cmdr. Charles Brown, foundered in Ostend harbour 7/29/1745 (abandoned 7/31/1745).
