Hello Arthur, I thank you for your suggestion, Yes those are a bit thinner so on the straight parts these would work but a lot of the tabs are in the valley's and this would shear off one side that is for sure. Hello Mike, Golly that may seem true but we all know that you have so much else on the go at the same time. On my YQ-Bluenose build I am approaching the have way mark on the ships frames and have been thinking of taking a little break for a few days and start paint some of that great Oliver Cromwell's cargo that you so very generously sent to me, it sure will make her look a lot nicer with a few filled wholes. These will have to be tweaked before they are installed into the building jig. We are almost to the half waypoint. Looks like we will have to take a few days off as all of this char removal and the flaring of the frames have left me with cracked thumps, nothing to worry about that a few days off wont fix.
