I am not sure if I will do an optional forecastle ... might leave that to the Galleon later. The hull will be 4" longer than the sloop, resulting in 16" length and 5" width. Looking forward to tame this beauty into a nice paper model set! Chris ![]()

"Herzliche Grüße" to your son ![]() Here is a first look at my first prototype at half scale. I am now checking if the hull shape and assembly looks right and so far I am quite happy. Now I have to work on the figure head section. I hope to make it so I can attach and remove different figure heads and trying to motivate my paper mini friends to make some! Also I want to see how I can add different look options for the hull. I might also do an optional forecastle or raised deck portion in the bow but have to check how it will work with the jib mast. Many things to work on but very glad how it looks now ![]() Chris ![]()

I understand you normally want to model waterline models but sometime will you think about trying a complete hull model for a stand? Looking forward to seeing what you do next. Later Tim

If I get enough interest for a full hull model, why not? ![]() It will depend on how fast I stand on my own feet commercially. Right now I am supported by my girl friend and we are both hoping for a big breakthrough this year! When I decided to ditch my IT consulting job three years ago and make a career in paper modelling I might have been a bit naive about the timespan it will take. But things are going in the right direction, so I am happy to continue creating one set after the other ... Chris

So Good Luck on your paper work and planning. Looking forward to seeing what is next. Later Tim
