It's two layers paper (front and back) so it's sturdy enough. I think most builders of the set will take the easy option as in the picture. But for a nice display model the effort should produce a better result. We will see as soon as I get to the final build ![]() Chris

You can do what you want ... but you also have to do all of it ![]() Today I can show you the weathered version of the build. I have added dirt and scratches etc to make it look old and used. The second picture lets you compare the pristine and old look. For the old version I have chosen a lighter, bleached color look. This ship is taking more time than my usual 1-month release period, so I have to release only the hull this month and will continue with the rig next month. That is why I am only showing the hull today, as I have to get everything ready for the relase! Chris ![]() ![]()

Once I have done that I was able to complete the first textured test-build with the rig. So here is a little WIP update. Next I will add the weathering layers and then build it again for the aged hull I have prepared as the final build ![]() Hope I will be done before the holidays! Chris ![]() ![]()

I mean, I can make up something generic (table, seat, shelf, hammock for sleeping) but does anyone have a clue what the interior of a Bermuda Sloop would have look like? Chris
