I used some wood filler and sanding to try to get the hull into the correct shape and smooth enough for the next layer. I'm not sure the photos properly display how she looks because in some she looks like a pregnant whale, but that's not how it looks in reality. As always, your feedback and comments are welcome. There seems to be a little bump and dent when compared to the right side. Other than that your ready for planking. if there is a bump don't be afraid to grind it out of there and patch it up ![]() | ||

Maybe you can thin those first few planks down towards the edge. | ||
