Is there a wood filler you can buy that will take glue after it dries? I'm assuming that this decking is simply underlay and the actually decking planks get glued to it. If so, this could resolve your problem relatively quickly. | ||

I have tried elastic bands - nothing. The deck lifts at the edges of bulkheads (where you see the tacks). I thought of cutting the deck in two parts.
