This is a short summary of the build in the six weeks i was on board. This is my 'workshop' ![]() This is the box with the kit. ![]() As the kit looks very basic I wanted to add some extras and go more to the actual situation ![]() I want to try to get closer to this ![]() I found some PDF files with drawings in the MSW forum and decided to use these as a reference. ![]() I made some mock up frames on both sides from tong depressors out of the medical cabinet (no wood suppliers at sea). ![]() Made some limber strakes, left the limberboards out because im planning to make a shotlocker and pump casing. ![]() I made a few riders and constructing a pump well from some left overs from my President kit. ![]() Finished the pump well and made a storage rack. ![]() Put some ballast cargo and fabricated a shot locker. ![]() Finished the shot locker, put the barrels in the ballast and finished the orlop deck. ![]() ![]() | ||
